Ghayda al-Ali receives awards, presents research

Dr. Ghayda al-Ali, an Associate Teaching Professor in the department, has received the following awards: 

• ITEL Cohort Award: Engaging by Design: Games, Simulations, and Online Learning Modules for the 2015-2016 academic year
• Doyle Faculty Fellow Cohort Award for the 2016-2017 academic year

She also presented her research, ”Translation’s Role in Intercultural Communication,” at the Qatar Cultural Attaché, Washington DC, on April 22, 2016.
